●Before entering qinhuangdao water areas, please report ship’s name, nationality etc to Qinhuangdao vessel traffic service (vts) by vhf channel.8. qinhuangdao water areas: nanshantou lighthouse (119 36 57 6e, 39 54 38 8n) as its center 15 miles as its radius. anchoring is prohibited outside harbour anchorage unless permitted.crossing channel or anchorage is prohibited unless permitted.vessels are not allowed to anchor in channels, basins or other anchoring-prohibited areas.when having to do so in case of emergency, you must report to vts centre immediately.
